This needs to be read to be believed – J6 punishments

by | Feb 22, 2025

If President Trump had not stepped in, the January 6th defendants—the vast majority of whom were nonviolent—would have gone down in history as the victims of one of the most cruel and unjust government persecutions in modern America.

But even with his intervention, massive damage had already been done. Citizens who have been persecuted by the federal government for four years have been crushed. Thousands of lives were destroyed, families torn apart, and freedoms trampled under the weight of a government determined to make an example of its political opponents.

This was the moment we nearly codified a totalitarian state.

I know this firsthand.

I was one of those imprisoned—arrested in a violent FBI raid, denied basic rights, and sentenced for speaking at the Capitol that day. They wanted to make an example of me. They wanted to silence AFLDS.

It didn’t work. And it never will.

This was a government-sponsored campaign of fear meant to break people into submission. And if it happened to me, it can happen to anyone.

The full list of what the U.S. government did to the January 6th defendants is staggering:

Raided and traumatized by the FBI—violent early morning raids by militarized officers in tactical gear with battering rams, guns drawn, families terrorized, children handcuffed.

Jailed without questioning—many locked up for months or years before trial, based on unproven DOJ allegations.

Government publicly shaming—placed on a government watchlist, our names appearing on an online registry akin to a sex offender list, top of google searches

Government treatment as terrorists—put on the “Quad S” list, forced to endure invasive TSA screenings before every flight, unable to fly, followed by air marshals.

Secretly surveilled—tracked under the “Quiet Skies” program, once reserved for foreign terrorists.

Banned by payment processors—accounts shut down by PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, and others without recourse.

Lost professional licenses—doctors, lawyers, nurses, and teachers stripped of their right to work.

Fired from jobs—careers destroyed, reputations shattered.

Stripped of scholarships—students lost educational opportunities.

Expelled from schools—students removed from universities without due process.

Banned from social media—accounts erased from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

Blacklisted by banks—accounts closed, mortgages revoked, financial security obliterated.

Forced into bankruptcy—legal fees and government fines drained our savings, leaving many homeless.

Smeared by the media—accused of being “terrorists” and “insurrectionists” in thousands of articles.

Harassed and stalked—both online and in real life, families threatened and tormented.

Families torn apart—children, parents, and siblings ostracized due to government-fueled propaganda.

Evicted from homes—landlords pressured to remove tenants accused of J6 involvement.

Endured house arrest—sentenced to home confinement for months or years.

Thrown into solitary confinement—some held in isolation for months without justification.

Physically abused in prison—denied legal representation, medical care, and even basic hygiene.

Subject to excessive probation—years of government oversight and restrictions.

Crushing legal fees—tens of thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands, spent on defense.

Sued in civil court—left vulnerable to lawsuits based on DOJ-coerced plea deals.

Demonized by the J6 Committee—used as political pawns to justify sweeping government crackdowns.

Placed on terrorism watchlists—resulting in constant monitoring and restrictions.

Falsely labeled “domestic terrorists”—even for those facing only misdemeanor charges.

Overcharged by the DOJ—prosecutors exaggerated charges to coerce guilty pleas.

Forced into false plea agreements—confessions based on government-drafted lies.

Cooperation leaked to the media—confidential interviews with the FBI and DOJ exposed.

Developed PTSD—lifelong trauma from persecution, surveillance, and imprisonment.

Suffered mental health crises—anxiety, depression, and fear of government retaliation.

Legal defense funds shut down—big tech and financial institutions blocked their ability to raise money.

Funds seized by the government—money raised for defense stolen under the guise of “fines.”

Businesses destroyed—clients canceled contracts, livelihoods wiped out.

Cases dragged out for years—deliberate delays meant justice was indefinitely postponed.

Sentenced collectively to hundreds of years—despite minor charges for many.

Driven to suicide—five J6 defendants took their own lives under unbearable government pressure.

Killed on January 6th—several protesters lost their lives that day, with no accountability.

Nothing can bring back the lives lost or undo the damage inflicted. But this should be a wake-up call: America came dangerously close to the point of no return.

We saw this coming. We warned against it. Like the patriots of old, we stood up when others stayed silent.

We will never back down.

We will never be intimidated.

We will never stop fighting for truth and justice. But we need you with us.

That’s why we are calling for Restorative Justice—to not only expose these grave abuses of power but to seek redress for those whose lives have been shattered. This means fighting for full exoneration, restitution for the wrongfully persecuted, and ensuring that those responsible for these violations are held accountable.

We will not allow this dark chapter to be forgotten. Justice must be restored, and with your support, we will see it through.

AFLDS is 100% donor supported. We don’t exist without you.

I am again asking for your continued support as we remain steadfast in our mission to defend liberty, uphold medical freedom, and pursue justice—holding those in power accountable and ensuring that our fundamental rights are never compromised.
