Since I started this site we have managed to get through without our content being challenged. However, on this occasion, aspects have been questioned so I will do my ‘due diligence’ to make sure all is in order. Currently it appears that no such bill has been officially announced.
I will restore when I can. Meanwhile please enjoy this website. Use the filter section to hone in on particular aspects e.g. masks, lock downs. I thanks everyone for their contributions of whatever nature without which my job would be well nigh impossible.
In any event this can hopefully act as a warning to look out for a Government who try to slip through legislation at ‘untimely’ junctures. Ed.

This is the nearest I can find to legislation which looks more hopeful
On January 27, 2021, the resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) was adopted by an overwhelming majority) about vaccination against COVID-19.
The resolution emphasizes the inadmissibility of forced vaccination and discrimination against people on the principle of vaccinated/not vaccinated.
The Resolution calls on States to inform citizens that vaccination is not mandatory and that no one should be subjected to political, social or other pressure to get vaccinated if a person does not want to be vaccinated.
The introduction of covid passports of “vaccination certificates” is reported that, if introduced, they should only be used to monitor the effectiveness of the vaccine and its side effects.
The explanatory report to the text of the resolution states that refusal of vaccination is a right guaranteed by articles 8 and 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

There is no Coronavirus Bill (2021) going through Parliament, only a longstanding Bill for an Inquiry proposed by Edward Davey MP. New regulations are made by secondary legislation.

The ‘compulsory treatment order’ relates specifically to Mental Health patients in Scotland (Schedule 9) and Schedule 19 actually bans Scottish ministers from imposing compulsory vaccination.
