Why do some values have three zeros after the decimal point? It makes your information VERY hard to read.

    35.000
    and then

    42,000

One is 35 and one is 42,000. Ridiculous.

Without knowing the source I cannot be sure but I cannot see any violation of protocol. The scales are different in each case.
